DSP80 Series Sound Level MetersDSP80 • DSP81 • DSP82 • DSP83

The DSP80 - 83 range of Type 1 integrating sound level meters are ideal data gathering instruments for a wide variety of applications from determining the suitability of noise protection devices, to monitoring noise reduction efforts and identifying low and high frequency noise.

  • Quick sound surveys
  • Sound level measurements
  • Industrial hygiene
  • Hearing protection programs

These best value SLM's provide a broad measurement range and sophisticated features such as user selectable frequency weighting (A, B or C) and Fast, Slow or Impulse RMS detectors.

The instruments are extremely simple to operate with instantaneous readout on the bold LCD display and can be operated effectively with little or no training. Housed in a rugged ABS plastic case, these lightweight, palm-fitting sound level meters are ideal instruments where advanced data analysis is not required.

The DSP81 has all the features contained in the DSP80 with the addition of Octave Bands providing frequency analysis capabilities from 31.5Hz to 8kHz.

Note: The DSP82 is like the DSP80 with Impulse added. The DSP83 is like the DSP81 with Impulse added.
